Personal Training Sessions
I provide private and exclusive, one-on-one sessions that can be conducted anywhere you feel comfortable training! Additionally, I even provide partner training that is fun and interactive. I have fully mobile equipment to cover all components needed to train you and reach your goals, and allow me to train you at your home, outdoors, and even in an apartment gym if you prefer.
We start off with a 50 minute Transformation Session, which includes a Body Analysis and Functional Movement Assessment; I want to get to know more about you! Who you are, and what truly drives you to want to make a change so we can find out your correct starting point.
From there, we'll compose a game plan around the information we've gathered about you, your goals, and time line to get you to where you exactly where you want to be. My services also include nutritional support, off day exercise plans, and also corrective exercise prescription for any muscular/postural imbalances you may have. My goal is to get you moving and feeling better than you ever have before!

Facility (My at Home) Personal Training Sessions
Due to the uncertain circumstances with the pandemic I’ve also taken the opportunity of converting my home’s space into a professional, clean, and personal rendition of my past facility! This gives me the unique opportunity to offer my services to someone who may not have the space for us to train at, or others who just may prefer a more professional setting for us to work through with virtually zero foot traffic compared to a traditional gym or studio. In turn, this lets us maximize our time and workouts together by providing a space with zero equipment compromises, gym interruptions, or having to wait or work around others!

My 12 Week Fitness Programs includes an in person meeting (or online video/phone assessment) to get to know more about you and listen to your goals, in which I'll create a completely personalized three month program you can follow week-by-week to get you where you want to be! I will also do up to two program revisions along the way as your body adapts if needed!
